The Wilton Community Fellowships ultimate goal is to provide permanent housing with case management and holistic services to all individuals and families in need. Shown below are agency programs designed to stably house our clients, no matter their needs.

Permanent supportive housing clients are linked with subsidized apartments and wraparound services, including case management, workforce development, and other supportive services.
